Community Support for those on the journey to, through and beyond parenthood.

What We Do:

Facing Fertility
Monthly support for individuals and couples experiencing infertility, loss, or family building challenges. This space honors the emotional, physical, and relational weight of the fertility journey.
Empowering Moms
Weekly and monthly community groups for new and postpartum moms and their babies. These groups provide a consistent place to land, talk, learn, and breathe.
Equipping Parents
Workshops, classes, and resources that help parents build strong family systems, healthy communication, and early social emotional learning skills for young children.
Community Events
We host Kid's Clothing Swap, Family Fest, Mom’s Speed Meets, NICU Care Bag volunteer days, educational panels, and more. Each event builds connection and strengthens support for families in our region.

Connected Nest exists to make sure no one moves through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, early parenting, or family building alone. We offer trauma informed, community rooted support that helps parents feel understood, build confidence, and strengthen the mental health of their families.

Families in our region are navigating big transitions. Many feel overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure where to turn. We create space for connection, learning, and growth so that parents can find steady support in every stage of the journey.

Parental mental health is community health. When parents receive support, their children benefit. When families feel connected, communities grow stronger.
